Where do you ship?

We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Availability may change over time.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Typical transit is 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. US orders over $69 (after discounts, before tax) ship free. Orders under $69 ship for $4.95. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email or visit Track my order. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at support@tacklejoy.com. Once shipped, please start a return after delivery.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers provide return shipping. No restocking fee. Start a return from your order email/account or email us. Full details: Returns & Refunds Policy.

How do exchanges work?

The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the replacement. We’ll refund the original item once inspected.

What if my item is wrong, damaged, or defective?

Email support@tacklejoy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right (replacement or refund) and cover reasonable return shipping in these cases.

Will I pay duties/taxes for international orders?

Some countries charge import duties/taxes at delivery. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Secure checkout with major cards and PayPal. We don’t store full card numbers.

My discount code isn’t working—help!

How do I choose rod power/action?

As a quick start: pair a 2000–2500 size spinning reel with 8–10 lb main line and 8–12 lb leader; match lure weight to the rod’s rating for smoother, straighter casts. See our guide: Rigging Guide – From Box to First Cast.

Are items in stock? What about pre-orders?

Live availability appears on each product page. If an item is a pre-order/backorder, the estimated ship window will be shown. We can split shipments on request.
